Payment methods and refunds
Your purchase can be paid in Euro (EUR) only. Potential refunds will be made in Euro (EUR) as well.
PAYMENT METHODS
In our online shop, you can choose among the following payment methods:
- Paypal
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)
- Klarna Invoice
- Sofort by Klarna
- Apple Pay
- Shop Pay
- iDEAL
- eps bank transfer
- Bancontact
- PayPal
During the ordering process you will be forwarded to PayPal. To be able to pay via PayPal you need to be registered or register yourself there first, legitimize yourself with your login details and confirm that this is the method of payment you have chosen for the transaction. After placing your order in our shop, we will request that PayPal initiates the payment transaction which will be performed by PayPal immediately afterwards automatically. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
When placing your order, you have to state your credit card details. After identifying yourself as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be processed automatically and your card will be charged.
- Klarna Purchase on Invoice
In cooperation with Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we are offering the payment option ‘purchase on invoice’. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available for consumers and that the payment is to be made to Klarna. Payments to our account are not possible in combination with this kind of payment method. When purchasing something with Klarna Invoice, you will receive your purchase first and are granted a payment period of 14 days. - Apple Pay
When you use Apple Pay, you can complete the checkout process without having to re-enter your credit or banking information. When using Apple Pay, a pop-up window will open. There you can enter your code or use your Touch ID to complete the payment.
- Shop Pay
You can also use Shop Pay to speed up the checkout process. Through Shop Pay, you can save your credit card details as well as the shipping and billing information using your email address and retrieve them immediately by entering that email address. If you want to use Shop Pay, you will be asked for your email address in the same browser window to complete the checkout process there.
- Klarna Sofortüberweisung
Klarna Sofort is a secure real-time bank transfer. For this payment method you need your online banking information. First you will be redirected in the same browser window to the Klarna Sofort page. There you have to log in to your online banking. The data will be encrypted and sent to your bank. If necessary, depending on your bank, a unique PIN will be sent to your smartphone to confirm the transaction. Afterwards, the transfer will be executed and you will be redirected back to our store.
- iDEAL
IDEAL is a secure real-time bank transfer. We offer this payment method for our Dutch customers. If you choose this payment method, you will be securely redirected to your bank within your open browser window, where you can enter your online banking login details. If the transaction is successful, your bank will immediately debit the amount from your account. Afterwards you will be redirected back to our store.
- eps-Überweisung
The payment method eps-Überweisung is a secure real-time bank transfer. We provide this payment method for our Austrian customers. When you select this payment method, you will be redirected to a list of participating Austrian banks. From this list, you then select your banking institution and are connected to your corresponding online banking for login. After successfully logging in, you can then execute the order as usual by TAN - no further entries, such as the IBAN or the amount, are required. In case of a successful transaction, you will receive an electronic order confirmation and will then be redirected back to our store.
- Bancontact
Bancontact is a Belgian payment method. If you want to pay by this payment method, you have the choice to complete the checkout process by entering your Bancontact card information or using the Bancontact app. After entering your Bancontact card number, you will be taken to your banking institution's online banking environment. After successfully logging in and entering your PIN, the transaction must be finally confirmed. After that you will be redirected back to our store.
For all of the above-named methods of payment we will bear the immediate costs of payment charged by the respective provider so that you will not be charged with any additional fees. Fees that occur on the part of your bank or your credit card company have to be borne by you.
REFUNDS
In principle, refunds are made to the original payment method unless we have agreed otherwise. More specifically, this means that we will return the amount that was originally paid to your PayPal or credit card account or dissolve the Klarna invoice.
